This is a combination of two tutorials. One was how to make fancy
feathers and the other was how to make a mask. I think the two
go together quite nicely. I love how soft and fluffy the feathers come
out. The smudge tool sure does a great job on this tutorial. The mask
tutorial taught us more about using vectors to shape a graphic.
