2 packages chocolate chips
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs (separated)
1 pint whipping cream (or Cool Whip - use a little less than 24 oz size)
small angel food cake
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Melt chips, sugar & salt over hot water (double
boiler), remove from heat. Beat in egg yolks and cool. Stir in
stiffly beaten egg whites and cool further. Stir in whipping cream (Cool
Whip). Break up angel food cake into bite size. Use 8" x 12" x 2" pan.
(Spray lightly with Pam) Pour small amount of mixture on bottom of pan.
1/2 angel food cake into pan, cover with mix. Add remainder of cake to mix
lightly, put in pan, add pecans. Keep in refrigerator overnight.
Have some of this and just feel the vessels constrict!!!
