Sweet-and-Sours

 2 tsp. lite Soy Sauce
 2 tsp. catsup
 2 tsp. lemon juice
 3/4 cup white vinegar
 3/4 cup brown or raw sugar
 1 tsp. garlic salt

Marinate boneless pork country-style ribs, or chicken thighs, overnite; bake 325° for 1-1 1/2 hours, or till done.

Thicken sauce with arrowroot or cornstarch if desired; serve with rice. Best if it is brown rice cooked in apple juice or apple cider and laced with diced fresh apple (unpeeled for color) and pine nuts just before serving.
