Cream of Veggie Soup

6 cups water
6 chicken bullion cubes
1/2 head broccoli flowerets
1/2 head cauliflower flowerets
3 large carrots
the spices I just throw in,,,but I will try to estimate for you
1/4 tsp.. lite salt
1/4 tsp.. pepper
1/4 tsp.. garlic powder
1/4 tsp.. basil

boil water, add bullion cubes stirring til dissolved
add veggies and spices and boil til veggies are tender
mash veggies with potato ricer

add:

2 tbsp.. cornstarch to 1 cup of non fat or 1 % milk.
stir into boiling soup.......

add a touch of nutmeg,,,,,stir and serve

Note: This is a wonderful cream soup with lots of flavor.
