Spinach and Artichoke Casserole

2 pkg frozen chopped spinach
1/2  stick butter or margarine
6 ounces soft cream cheese
1 can artichoke hearts
Parmesan Cheese
salt and pepper
Italian Bread crumbs

Cook spinach, adding salt and pepper while cooking.


Add butter and cream cheese and dissolve in spinach.

Check seasoning for taste.

Slice artichoke hearts.

Layer bottom of pan with hearts, add spinach.

Sprinkle bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake at 350 degrees till bubbles.

NOTES : This is a family favorite that is popular with many of the guests at The Lair.
