Cheesy Spaghetti Delight 6 oz. cooked spaghetti, drained 3 Tablespoons butter, divided 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided 1 cup Ricotta cheese, (lite) 1 cup spaghetti sauce 1 10 oz. can mushrooms 1/2 cup diced green pepper 1 teaspoon garlic salt 1 teaspoon salt-free seasoning-mix Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly butter a 10-inch pie pan or baking dish; set aside. Toss hot spaghetti with remaining butter. Combine beaten eggs with Parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese; stir into spaghetti. Pour spaghetti mixture into prepared dish and form into a "crust." Spread Ricotta cheese over bottom of spaghetti crust. Spread spaghetti sauce over top. Sprinkle mushrooms and green peppers over all. Season with garlic salt and salt-free seasoning-mix. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Top with remaining 3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese. Bake 5 minutes more, or until cheese is melted. Let cool 10 minutes before cutting. Makes about 6 servings.
